In 1966/7 Dan Sheehan played in a band called SHAPES with Noel Barrett on Vocals who supported TASTE in the Cavern Club Cork on the 20th December (not credited). The previous week we supported the Reaction and the DRAGS .

Donal, Rory's brother, when I meet him at a tribute night at the Ferry in Glasgow, tells me that he has the evidence.

I found these add's for the cavern in the evening echo @ 12 and 19th December 1966 (yes I was 16 and a 1/2)
